Library & Study Center

Knowledge is power

Continuous research is the foundation of a developed society — our library and study centre turn that knowledge into reform.

Library hall of knowledge
Law, judgments, journals & digital e-resources
Policy & implementation gapsStudying where consumer protection breaks down in practice.
Transparency & accountabilityLegal and policy database research that holds systems to account.
Innovation in governanceAction-oriented research that turns findings into reform.
Why It Matters

The law exists. The awareness does not.

Despite the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, most consumers remain unaware of their rights, the complaint process and the remedies available to them.

  • Consumer fraud is rising — digital and e-commerce complaints grow fast.
  • Rural & weaker sections are deprived of legal aid.
  • Trained consumer activists are the need of the hour — and that is what we build.
